Jeff Kilpatrick is a Fishtown native who is always giving back to the people around him, promoting cartoons, teaching kids, and donating his time and effort to help spread creativity. He also is the founder of the Philly Cartoonist’s Society which regularly meets, draws, drinks, publishes, and acts as an extension of Jeff’s charitable vision. New Morning TV posted a video about Jeff’s Cartoon Camp that he created on this page (search for meathaus and you will find the article), and here is a direct link to the WMV frame.
